Create an account
Sign up with your email, phone number, and full name. You'll land on your dashboard, which shows today's NGN-per-RMB rate at the top.
We don't ask for BVN. NIN is optional and only used for larger requests.

Make a new request
Click Make a request, enter the RMB amount, your supplier's Alipay email or phone, and the recipient name as it appears on Alipay.
We instantly show the all-in Naira figure and lock the rate for this request.

Transfer Naira to RVO Trading
We surface our Nigerian bank account and a unique reference (REQ-XXXX). Transfer from any Nigerian bank app - GTBank, Access, UBA, OPay, Kuda, anything.
Add the reference in the narration so we can match the inflow quickly.

Upload proof of payment
Snap a screenshot or save the bank receipt as a PDF and upload it from the request page (JPG, PNG, or PDF accepted). Status moves to Pending review.
Email confirmation hits your inbox the moment proof is received.

We settle Alipay
Once the Naira lands and proof checks out, status moves to Processing. We push RMB to the supplier's Alipay and mark the request Completed.
All status changes are timestamped on the request page and emailed to you.
